I was rather bothered by the fact that nobody was wearing a mask properly or at all during this Covid stuff. Even the staff. I do not recommend this store and I plan on calling the corporate office about this.

Love that they're open till 10pm !! Saved me having to tow my tractor just because the battery died. (Being a night owl and working on my SRT4 late, I've been to O'Reilly's many times between 9-10)
My 2000 Silverado had died and I was convinced the ignition coil was the culprit. I carried it into the Orrville store and asked for a replacement. Craig asked about my truck's symptoms and declared it was the electronic spark control and not the coil causing my problem. I drew a breath and took his advise. I drove home thinking he was wrong, but it turned out I was. The old truck fired to life with the recommended part installed. I called back and thanked him. One very happy customer here!
