I’m actually sticking up for an employee, I was in your store on Wednesday the 27th and what I witnessed was completely and utterly unacceptable! What I can tell probably was the store manager I never really got names but the smaller dude was confronting an employee over a Kent State hat that it’s against company policy but from what I saw none of the other employees were following company policy shirts were not tucked in and had ear buds in etc. I wanted to chime in and say something but I figured I would keep my mouth shut... read more
Don’t bother trying to call to order parts or even check to see if parts are available that you Need. They rarely answer the phones. Employees can’t even get parts orders, right… This is nothing more than the result of being underpaid and overworked by terrible management, unfortunately
I stopped in to get a bulb replaced in my car, and the service was exceptional. Despite the temperature being in the 20’s, Ben went above and beyond to assist with the installation without hesitation. Ben was professional, courteous and very friendly throughout the entire experience .
