I asked a worker for help with my car’s headlight bulbs and he says to me “I’m going to be honest, I don’t know what I’m doing” after he removed the headlight bulb from my car. The next day I look at my headlight bulb and see he put the bulb back in upside down and he couldn’t be bothered to even put the fastening brace back over the bulb. My headlights did not work properly due to this.
Went here for a new crush washer during oil change. Employee at front desk told me which one and was adamant it was what I needed. Went back to my car and I thought it looked off, so I went back in and asked the other employee, who was also insistent it would work. Woke up the next morning to somewhere between a half of quart to a full quart of oil in my driveway. What if I hadn’t noticed?
