Was in today for a battery check on my Aunt's Nissian. Danny took very good care of me, checked the battery, found it was bad. Showed me a new battery and installed it for us. Very poliete, quick doing the install, and had me on my way. Great place! Great people!
Went in late Friday night, surprised they were open till 10pm Thank you Leslie for being kind & helpful. This is my store they always have what I need & the kindest people working there WANTING to assist you- Refreshing service & clean, well stocked store!!
I was frantic when my car battery died, and AutoZone said they couldn’t help me replace it. I went across the street to O’Reilly, and Sterling was incredibly kind, recommended a great battery and corrosion protectant for me, and installed the new battery in less than 10 min. Having such a professional and knowledgeable technician with a calming presence was exactly what was needed. I am definitely coming to O’Reilly in the future!!
