Worst customer service ever. I will never go to another O Reilly Auto Part store again. And i will never recomend either. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience with them.

From out of state and needed assistance for a minor repair. The rep Quincy at the 44th and State location was very competent and personable. The service was excellent and greatly appreciated!
Poor, After a manager looked up my invoice for a failed set of wheel bearings ( the day before ) Ordered them said they would be in will call. The counter person which reluctantly came from the back to help out the one person working counter, Said the wheel bearings not warranted,
