From out of state and needed assistance for a minor repair. The rep Quincy at the 44th and State location was very competent and personable. The service was excellent and greatly appreciated!
Poor, After a manager looked up my invoice for a failed set of wheel bearings ( the day before ) Ordered them said they would be in will call. The counter person which reluctantly came from the back to help out the one person working counter, Said the wheel bearings not warranted,
Big store, pretty knowledgeable staff
Customer service me eye!! I think it is rather disrespectful that your company will deliver parts to the big companies but you won't take care of the little guy trying to fix his/her own car by delivering parts to them if they are in need of such services, See how it is the little guy that buys parts everyday just because they don't have a company account with you, you won't deliver to someone..
