Came into the store to return the cord couldn’t find my receipt Isaiah the manager found it within seconds. 2 stars because Oriellys typically has what I need. BUT this specific location has a lady working there with ZERO customer service skills. Absolutely the rudest person ive ever interacted with at an autoparts store. She went on a rant about how all of us people coming in there dont know anything and its a pain in her rearend (the vulgar word was used) when we come in there because we dont know anything she even brought her husband up and called him stupid. Isaiah and Giovanny really helped me out on a Sunday, they had an alternator same day and Isaiah changed my car battery for me
A while ago I went into this store in Plano needing a part. This manager named Trish was disgustingly hacking her brains out it seemed. Besides being unprofessional she informed us customers she had COVID and said “at least I am here”. WITH NO MASK ON! She was extremely rude to me when I asked for a part saying “what part do you want I can not read your mind”! She needs to take courses in manners and business!
