2 stars because Oriellys typically has what I need. BUT this specific location has a lady working there with ZERO customer service skills. Absolutely the rudest person ive ever interacted with at an autoparts store. She went on a rant about how all of us people coming in there dont know anything and its a pain in her rearend (the vulgar word was used) when we come in there because we dont know anything she even brought her husband up and called him stupid. A while ago I went into this store in Plano needing a part. This manager named Trish was disgustingly hacking her brains out it seemed. Besides being unprofessional she informed us customers she had COVID and said “at least I am here”. WITH NO MASK ON! She was extremely rude to me when I asked for a part saying “what part do you want I can not read your mind”! She needs to take courses in manners and business!
