Jimmy assist manager and the younger kid, down right the worst service I have had at any O’Reillys. They locked the door 11 minutes early and had seemed to have clock out at 8:42 when I showed up. The kid was standing at the door ready to lock it. Kid didn’t have his name on shirt Ior I would put it in review, he doesn’t skip many meals and thinks scarping his pocket knife on the clock is cool. Super nice guys and service was decent. Went in for a battery 2 years ago, and lost the receipt recently. When I called in to enact my 3 year warranty was told I needed my paper receipt because they purge their receipt system every 6 months. Also wasnt in the system with my info on the warranty. Dude was super stand off ish on the phone, probably because I was a bit pissed to find out I was smoked. 3/5 feels pretty honest since I lost my paper receipt but got way better service today at Auto zone and im in the system for my ... read more
Terrible place and terrible customer service. They advertise on their website and are known for bulb replacement when you purchase with them. Purchased a bulb and asked them to install. They told me no with no explanation. I called customer service, explained the situation and said how a different O’Reilly 10 mins away changed my bulb no problem 8 months ago.
