Please don't ever go to this store. The Manager Craig sold me used brakes by mistake. He refused to refund money because my mobile mechanic had to use 2 of the 4 pads to get me back on the road. I brought my old pads as evidence. Suggested I pay my mechanic to remove the 2 pads, bring them back before they would give me my money back. Horrible customer service in everyway possible.
I've had the luxury of being able to do some work on my car as a poor person with no knowledge of vehicular maintenance. And I've stopped at several different places over the years. Just out of convenience. But every single time I've been here The experience has been much much better than anywhere else. And that's not to say every other Auto parts places bad, they've just always seemed to be particularly helpful and friendly without making me feel like a noob!
