The clerk was very rude
We went to O Reilly's looking for a part to pull our trailer. Ryan was excellent at customer service helped us find what we needed. Went above and beyond. We will be back to shop here for sure..I will recommend it.��

After making a phone call verifying what I needed was in stock, I got to the store only to be disappointed. The workers all said they never talked to us, they did not have the product, and thought we must have called a different place. Dont get me wrong, they were nice, but I was upset that they accused me of calling somewhere else. I know who we called...and I even verified it on my called list. I should have set the item aside so I could see what it was they THOUGHT I wanted.
