Exceptional service! My headlight bulb needed to be replaced, so on my way home I stopped off at Kragen in Santa Clara. It was about 30 minutes to closing, but I figured how hard could it be to buy a headlight bulb? I tried using the 'headlight' book myself to find the correct bulb, but I needed help so I asked the lady in the back. Unfortunately I don't recall her name, but she was incredibly nice and helpful that I trusted her judgment immediately. Car Accessories This store is your one stop shop for car accessories. I once went it in there to buy door light. I went in there and just picked one, not knowing that it goes by the model of the car. The person at the counter asked if this was the right one for my car and I said "isn't it same for all the cars". He then asked the make and model of my car and searched the light for. I was very happy with the customer service and since this was my first experience in the store, it left a good impression on me.
