Worse customer service ever! To lazy to even come out to look at my battery looked on his computer and said it would take to long to install. Very rude. Went to auto zone same area in Inman the guy had it done in less than 10min. It was obvious that he didn't want to do his job! Place sucks!!!
worst parts store in inman, tried doing business with them for years, certain counter people are just plain terrible at their job.

I’m a handicap person with a handicap plate. I was parked in a handicap parking spot. A lady was parked across 6 parking spaces one of them being a handicap parking spot with a pickup truck and trailer. I was told that I had to move my vehicle. I heard the auto parts employee say to the lady that I was unreasonable. I’m 72 years old and have a bad leg I feel that the lady and employee was wrong and if the police was called someone would have to pay a fine.
Purchased an item, never used item and tried to return, they claimed I used item which I never did. Don’t waste time or money here
