I used to love O'Reilly Auto Parts. In the past they were very helpful. But, what ever happened to hiring employees who are presentable. I do not want to be waited on by anyone with tattoos up and down their arms or with unshaven faces. I walked out of both your stores yesterday and took my business to the competitor rather than have someone who looks disgusting to wait on me.
