Pretty bad when a parts guy is telling not to buy a certain kind of filter saying they are junk..and yes that is the one we want...and then continues to bash the product you want to buy...good bye we will not buy stuff there then... but management needs to get some control and tell the guys behind the counter just listen to what the customer wants....it was your opinion but you would not stop....Remember in customer setvice customer is always right....and let them buy what they ask for not try to push your opinion.
Excellent customer service! Gary was very helpful and friendly. I needed new windshield wipers, he found the best deal and installed them as well.
