I have always stopped and had my headlight bulb replaced at the Grand Chute location but what I encountered on 12/30/22 at 3:45ish was unacceptable. I encountered a punk with an attitude. Lazy and so unprofessional. RecommendedGreat customer service. I stopped in with a non auto problem, and left with a free fix. they care about the public, not just thier customers. great folks. they have my autoparts business from now on, and I used to work for thier competition.
I stopped during the storm last night to buy two bulbs for my headlights. I asked the associate, Ryan, according to the receipt, if he could replace them for me. He rang up the transaction, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thank You!

The employees were very helpful in replacing my (difficult) battery. They certainly went above and beyond--with great attitudes!:)
