I have always stopped and had my headlight bulb replaced at the Grand Chute location but what I encountered on 12/30/22 at 3:45ish was unacceptable. I encountered a punk with an attitude. Lazy and so unprofessional. The guy that checked out my purchase was ok but first they argued who was going to replace it, they got one replaced and asked for the punk with earrings to help, he copped an attitude and said they didn’t have to replace the bulbs it was up to them. RecommendedGreat customer service. I stopped in with a non auto problem, and left with a free fix. they care about the public, not just thier customers. great folks. they have my autoparts business from now on, and I used to work for thier competition.
I stopped during the storm last night to buy two bulbs for my headlights. I asked the associate, Ryan, according to the receipt, if he could replace them for me. He rang up the transaction, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Thank You!
Stopped today to have battery checked out. Two very helpful employees checked it out. Got me set up with a new one and also checked the alternator out for me. Very courteous and Extremely helpful. Good job.Highly recommend this store.

The employees were very helpful in replacing my (difficult) battery. They certainly went above and beyond--with great attitudes!:)
