RecommendedI would like to give a huge shout out to the two men who helped me in -55 degree weather today. My vehicle stalled out near their store and I ran over to ask for their help. They immediately came outside and took a look at my vehicle. They moved it onto their lot and scanned the code, thankfully finding nothing seriously wrong with it. I didn't get their names, unfortunately. But they were extremely helpful, kind, and went out into the nasty weather to help me with my vehicle. Highly recommend this store.
Would not waste my time even calling them again, Ordered a remanufactured heater control part. Promised me it would be in Friday AM. No truck delivery until Saturday. Offered me a lower price for the delay. Came in and went to pick it up and the knobs were very dirty, had scratches on the faceplate, and missing the chrome rings on the top of the knobs. Did not take the part. Called the manager later and asked for pricing on the new part instead of remanned part. It was $40 more than I could buy it on line with free shipping.... read more
