Long story short, Richard Karr let my wife go without fixing her car completely and we got stranded with a dead battery a week after it was serviced. Got a jump from a kind person at HEB with a car loaded with groceries, then headed to my local Oreilly’s in Robinson. I wish I would have got the employee’s name (long blonde and brown curly hair guy) that helped us, because after the crap day we were having he stepped in and helped out and saved us a lot of time and headache. Great customer service. We really appreciated it.
Came into a store looking for a sterling wheel fluid, a helpful worker, Jason came to my aid.
Shop here regularly. Called the staff. Asked if they recycled golf cart batteries. They said YES. Drove 30 mins one way to drop them off. Once I arrived I was told by the staff that they dont take them. Thanks O'Reilly. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
in shock at the way the store went down hill poor service and asked the black lady/man for help and was looked at funny and told im busy i will not shop there any more
