Wow, Shame on you firing an employee because he's old & slow... Tom was one of your most knowledgeable employees. He was a loyal employee for 15 or so years. How long do your new employees stay 6mos if your lucky ? I will not longer shop at your store when I am in the Waco area or any other O'Reilly's period.
