So I stopped by here the other day to buy new windshield wipers. (La Cumbre in Santa Barbara). The first surprise was they were on a 4th of July sale. Buy one get one free! Juan, the guy who helped me came out to the parking lot to check the model of my car. Very nice of him. Then, after I purchased them, he offered to install them. What? In this day and age where customer service is usually awful? He came out to my car and installed my new wipers. Thank you Juan! I appreciate it. You have my vote.

I've been shopping this Kragen's as a mechanic for longer than anyone working there has been there. It has gone downhill some. Kragen has generally decent parts and prices, ordering is usually fast.
