Great customer service and Great people
Stopped to get a new battery to install on the truck. Once outside with the new battery, the worker guy was helping and what appeared to be a homeless man came up and fist bumped and then walked on. The O’Reilly’s Worker guy said he was harmless, he is around all the time. He is a nice guy. Well, a few minutes later the worker guy went back inside the store, leaving us to hook up the battery alone and the homeless guy came and stole the $300 toolset off the tailgate of the truck and took off running. Very courteous and good people. I brought 2 starters in to be bench tested and Sean was honest and said he was not trained to do it. He then went out of his way to get the manager and was trained right in front of me. Jonathan was awesome which is the manager and they both were very good men. They bench tested two starters for me. Of course they both failed. But with confirmation it made my diagnostic experience with my Dodge a good experience. I will be back to get a starter from them. Very acknowledgeable considerate.
