Very courteous and good people. I brought 2 starters in to be bench tested and Sean was honest and said he was not trained to do it. He then went out of his way to get the manager and was trained right in front of me. Jonathan was awesome which is the manager and they both were very good men. They bench tested two starters for me. Of course they both failed. But with confirmation it made my diagnostic experience with my Dodge a good experience. I will be back to get a starter from them. Very acknowledgeable considerate.
