Today I came back to lower my rating for this store. Super dumb return policy. The employee applied the store manager. To make a return I should have a physical debit card that I use for Porsches. As they said there's no way to switch to cash return. Sounds very weird because two employees say differently.
The employee sold me the incorrect headlight bulb after I gave them the make and model of the car, then he installed the bulb incorrectly which I found out when I tested the lights before I left, I asked him if the previous bulb he took out was burnt out because I was concerned it was a wiring problem. The employee got snarky with me and was not willing to check the bulb. Since he took the packaging, I am not able to return the incorrect bulb he sold me.
