I’ve been going to this O’Reillys for over 10 years. They are great very convenient. Super close to my house. If you’re looking for knickknacks and simple automotive, generic parts this is your place. They also have a nice collection of detailing car wash supplies.
I would like to say I am down at the O’Reillys on Auburn Way and Trent was exceptional. He came out and helped me with my car and told me what to do gave me the tools for it and I fixed it all myself. I intended to come by parts, but as a faithful employee, he showed me that I could save some money by fixing it myself and I didn’t need any parts honestly, buying the parts would not fix the problem. I really appreciate you. Thank you so much Trent.
I called into the store to get brakes and rotors warrantied. I didn’t know if I put it in the shop name or my personal number. The Assistant Manager even though I was out of my area but this was the store I bought everything from was super helpful and provided great customer service. I was able to find a credit card statement and she fixed the issue so it won’t be a problem next time. I think her name is Brenna sorry if I got it wrong. Amazing customer service!
