I was at the counter trying to get a head light for my car talking to DAVE if my selections on the screen and another employee came over to Dave and said someone needs to talk to you. Without a moment to spare he jumped on the phone and started talking to that person on the phone, as if I wasn’t there. I stood there for about 2 minutes and turned away and walked out the door. Never in my life have i met someone so overzealously defensive and argumentative as colin, the manager of this location. Besides the fact they didnt honor their own warranty his behavior was in now way appropriate when just asking a question about his take ln what could be wrong with my vehicle. Looks like ill be taling my business to napa.
