Been going to this particular location off and on since it was a schucks as usual the service is great
I have been a regular and significant client of O’Reilly, but I have never experienced such disrespect anywhere else. I would like management to be aware of an employee named Kodi(y)‼️ His behavior toward customers was unprofessional and dismissive, Kodi showed little willingness to assist or provide guidance, and it was difficult to have a constructive conversation with him. Awesome staff! So helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to purchase five things. Unfortunately only four things were in stock however the wonderful young man helping me, called other locations and found what I needed! Grateful to all three of the staff but especially the two young men that went above and beyond!
I just went to oReilly store and I picked up air filter my self because I know which one I need and the price on the wall is 21.99 and when I went to check out the guy ring the filter the price shows 22.99 and I sowed the picture from the wall price tag all the numbers are correct but he said I don’t care What’s the price on the tag you have to pay whatever price shows on the computer screen
