I was treated so rudely I was embarrassed by the girl who opened the Lakewood store this morning. The one on pacific ave off 512. She was overly condescending and rude because I asked if she was open then the part the manager put on hold for me to pick up at 8am this morning she said she didn’t have, then when I went to the store on Bridgeport they said she has 2 in stock. I was sent to this location from another location. I have spent thousands of dollars at oreilleys. I took time out of my work day to exchange a starter that I bought from you a week ago. My mechanic said your faulty product didn’t work. I asked for a like for like product in which your manager tash hearts told me she couldn’t do. Tessa was outstanding! She helped me find the right wipers for my car and then installed them for me. That was above and beyond the call of duty to me, it oh so appreciated!
