Why do you have rewards system. I give my phone number so my points add up to be told at the new store on Ross Clark Circle in Dothan Alabama to tell me they have no access to my points available. Yet the one on Montgomery highway told me I had 20 bucks available. Time to go back to Autozone. At least all thier stores know what's going on. Gave O'Reilly a chance. Not going good. To many trips here for parts they say they have and show up and no parts on the shelf. Really.
