To be perfectly honest, this store was better when it was run by a Manager who actually knew something about auto parts. It's pretty sad when the assistant manager and fellow counter people have to carry the store because the manager is so incompetent and can't even give basic customer service. It's safe to say I'll be making the drive to autozone before I step foot back in this store.
