Never seems to let me down.
On 7/18/2024 I entered the Gahanna Location to make an exchange based on being given the wrong Oil Filter and was immediately met with aggression and racist stereotypes and slander. The female manager Gina, refused to look at my receipt and instantly stated” you people are always trying to get over”. Excuse me, I have a receipt in hand and had purchased 3 filters for my families vehicles of which one was the wrong size.
