Apparently the Indiana state mask mandate does not apply to them. Workers in the store don't wear facemasks. But hey, no problem. AutoZone across the street does wear masks!
They support what they sell. I've always had the right parts from O'Reily's
It seems every time I need something for my Mustang, O'Reilly has what I need, when the other guys in town are out of stock. I needed a battery for my car and O'Reilly was the only store that had it in. Every time I go in, the service is excellent, friendly, and fast. Recommend!
On a road trip our AC stopped blowing cold air (in 90 degree weather that is a problem). We stopped in to this O'Reilly store on a whim. We were created by 2 friendly and knowledgable employees. They listened to our issues and guided us to the right product. With their knowledge and guidance we were able to get the cold air blowing again. I loved how they took time to educate us on what the issue was, as well as how to fix it. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
