Whoever the manager is there, in Portage, Indiana, the neck beard guy / manager, has absolutely no knowledge of vehicles nor customer service. He ran off $20K per year in sales with just one "I don' care" comment. The old manager was better. He helped me with issues on vehicles. Underpaid for his knowledge. Prob. the reason he left and why they have Help Wanted signs everywhere.. The guy you have in there now is a disaster. Lots of complaints. Great place. Gentleman would not take a tip for installing new brake lamp. Very nice and very professional. Will always use in future.
