Wonderful customer service, especially from Brittany. She was very professional and welcoming. She was extremely patient with all the questions I asked , and knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my car.
Very helpful. I am learning to work on my own car and have been nothing but nice. I won't go anywhere else.
I just want to say that this O'Reilly's location really needs to work on its customer service. The energy in the store is lacking, and it wouldn't hurt to have employees who are more upbeat and welcoming—especially to all customers, not just the ones who look like them. That kind of bias is unacceptable.
This used to be my favorite parts store.. I couldn’t tell you how many times I have been there. However my most recent trip there was an unusually subpar experience. I was there to buy several parts for my vehicle. Brake pads front and back rotors LED headlights and wiper blades. The guy behind the desk had the most mundane attitude, opposite of helpful.
