Matt is a horrible customer service representative, and should not be working for this store. He has upset a lot of people i know. I will never return to this location for business.
My dad is one of the nicest people you could ever meet! Matt that works there treated him very horribly! He either needs demoted or fired!! You cant just get in a customers face and make them leave because you were being lazy, talking on your cell phone, laughing with a friend!!! My dad wanted a diagnostic done to his truck and Matt told him he wasnt going to do it. There was nothing else going on in the store. A guy named Matt there treated my dad horrible. I found out about it today. My dad is not in the best of health. I am sooo upset right now. I will never go there again.
Thank you to, Matt, for fixing my belt tonight and even staying a half hour after hours. I would definitely recommend O'Reilly's on High St.
