My local O'Reilly's ripped me off yesterday. I went to my car to go to work to find my battery dead. The battery manufactured 11/18 indicated by a sticker on the battery was less than 2 years old(well within the 2 year warranty). However, since the worker couldn't find the receipt in the computer, they wouldnt honor the warranty. Seeing as I drive for a living, I had to have a battery. I had to spend $122 on a new battery. I got scammed and cheated.
Been coming here for four years. Today my husband went in bought some stuff, he was charged and he left. 30 minutes later the cops were at my door saying that they were told that he never attempted to pay and drove off with the merchandise. I had to go with the police and pay for it because he’s on his way to Houston. I checked our accounts, they charged him then reversed the charge.
