O'Reilly's employees are not qualified for their job. They have no skill or knowledge about any products in their store. You're supposed to be able to ask questions to employees to get assistance on any item that y'all sell but instead you get a bunch of I don't knows and attitude. O'Reilly should hire people that are knowledgeable and their products they sell and in vehicle car parts. Or at least train them on it.
