I was impressed with the staffs knowledge of the auto parts I needed and had them in stock. I also like that O'Reilly recognize military service and gives veterans discounts on everything in the store.

The other day my family and I were changing a battery in my vehicle which is something we’d never done before. We came to purchase a new battery and left the terminals on (again- no experience doing this- oops!) and Jamie was incredible. She helped us get the right battery to replace it, took the terminals off, added things to help preserve their life and put them on the new battery. Our car died on us, but we made it to this location. Keith and Nate were incredibly helpful with helping us figure what might be wrong and provided local resources that could further assist. This was on Black Friday and these guys were great.
