The Young guy gave me the wrong brake pads. I gave him my correct car information and I told him when I seen the brake pads they were not right. He looked in a computer and said yes they are right when I got to my mechanic I was told they were the wrong Brake pads. I took them back to the store for a refund and explain what happened. There was absolutely no apologies or compassion at all in regards to their mistake. The staff needs to be Trained better.
