The Young guy gave me the wrong brake pads. I gave him my correct car information and I told him when I seen the brake pads they were not right. He looked in a computer and said yes they are right when I got to my mechanic I was told they were the wrong Brake pads. I took them back to the store for a refund and explain what happened. There was absolutely no apologies or compassion at all in regards to their mistake. The staff needs to be Trained better.

The salesman put coolant in my car and gave some additional helpful tips! I wish more companies have this kind of customer service.
