The service at O'Reilly's is always very good, especially at the Germantown location. The selection of products is reasonably robust for their smaller stores such as the Germantown. They will have nearly everything you need for most repairs and service. The prices are higher than online retailers but I have the advantage of this store is their customer service, especially when I have questions about my best options. Service at O'Reilly's is normally five stars, price is three stars and selection is four stars.
Just went here, and stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes, while the guy working was in the back with a man and woman in plain clothes. The man in plain clothes would walk out and get something from their parts area, and go back to the back again. Nobody said a word to me. I was completely ignored. I will not be going back there. And it sucks too, because it's right around the corner from my house. Guess I'll be making the trip to Auto Zone, or Wal Mart from now on.
