Kenzie was very rude to me. I’ve never received customer service this BAD!! Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I ordered a part Tuesday and was told that it would be here Thursday, well it is Friday and I stopped by because they have not called. I was told that the part won't be here until Monday. I have had multiple issues with the Fountain Mesa location and this is the last time I will be shopping here.
Used to be a great store. Be carefull with their advice. They will give advice on stuff they have no idea about. Should be a 1 or 0 but it's just the staff. Oreillys as a whole is decent so I gave them a 2 star. Customer: Will a bad battery affect my alternator? Parts Clerk: (thinks for a bit) no there is no way a bad battery could affect your alternator........ Look if you don't know, just say u don't know. 👎 👎
