Went in to test and buy a battery, after battery was tested as bad went back inside and chose a battery out of those rated/listed for our vehicle (Jeep Wrangler). We were first pointed to an auxiliary battery and said they couldnt install it because it would take too long, cashier corrected mistake as we needed a regular battery, not auxiliary. Quick and easy. order online pickup in store. I will say they didnt honor their own coupon or special so thats why they got 4 stars.
Lorenzo was absolutely amazing today! Great customer service best I've ever received from this store and I was there 3x today! Helped us get a part/screw off my Chevys Traverse that we have never seen a bit for, so we could change the biometric pressure sensor!
They helped me with my wipers and of course I get my Joe's scent there.
