Outstanding customer service. James and his staff go out of their way every single time. They are both professional and personable.
The manager, James and sales associate Owens went above and beyond to help me get my dad’s AC running the way it should with quality automotive refrigerant. I can’t speak highly enough about these two guys and the service that they provided would make you want to go back to this O’Reillys every time.
BEST STORE IN COLLEGE STATION!!! Mr James was sooooo helpful with my return, as my dad had purchased my part but i decided to get rid of that vehicle! we had a ball laughing & joking during my visit to the store!!!
