I had a really positive experience at oreilly recently. The manager Mark went above and beyond to help me out very knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cares about customer service! That said, one associate didn’t seem very motivated reason being when i walked in the first thing i see is that one associate with a serious face and said "hello welcome to oreillys" with a lazy tone, which stood out otherwise great service. Overall, I would definitely come back.
They always seem to have or can get the part I need.
