Didn't have what I needed even told me that they had it in hand and when I got there the guy flat out said he lied. He thought all oils are the same.
Did not stock my oil filter!
Took a alternator for testing and the machine was down
I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts on thanks to Manager Mario and Assistant Manager Dejunta. Their service, care, patience, and professionalism were top-notch. Mario tested my battery and alternator and Dejunta took the time to educate me on how to spot signs of a bad battery. Both he and Mario were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but also kind and respectful throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident and informed.
