I don't usually do reviews of places, but I was actually really impressed with my experience this morning at oreilly's. I just stopped in to get a headlight for my jeep, nothing special. But as soon as I walked in, the guy at the counter acknowledged me and asked if he could help with anything. So I told him what I needed and within seconds he found it on the shelf for me, then even put it in for me too.
