Stood in front of "manager"(Roy) for a solid Minute without acknowledgment or ANYTHING. Apparently staring at his phone at the front counter was more important... He was on the phone when I walked in 10mins prior! Great way to execute customer service. �
Anetha was an amazing help today! She sold us a battery, installed it, checked our oil and added a quart because we were low, got us hooked up with the right kind of coolant for a jeep, and was an overall great representative and counsel to us! Best experience I have had at an auto store! Thank you, Anetha! Give that girl a raise!
