I purchased two item July 22 and returned them July 23 and David the customer service representative gave me some sorry excuse why we could not refund them. I guess you don't want lifetime customer at O'Reilly. I'm done with O'Reilly and I will sing it to everyone that will listen !

After purchasing a driver side wiper I was told they could not install it. 5 employees were in the store and no customers. Daniel H. was the cashier. When I returned it he acted shocked. I drove .25 miles to Advanced Auto and got service with a smile. Took him 10 seconds to put it on. You should remove the sign in your window that you offer free installation it's false advertising. Wish I could give you a 0
