John was really helpful he went above and beyond great customer service.
I came in and needed to figure out why nothing electronic wise was working, came in and got my battery tested and it was bad, Wilkin helped me and taught how to replace the battery and got me back on the road safely. The entire team had great customer service.
Bought a battery here but the guy said they dont install it even though the website says oreilys does provide the service for free
