Went to replace a broken ratchet with a life time warranty! No, it is a limited lifetime warranty. I have done business with them for yrs. Never again. All I got was the run around. Over a thirty dollar broken ratchet. Never will I darken that door again!!! I can get better service at Walmart! Yes that was an insult!
