These people aren't very helpful. They seemed to go out of their way not to do anything for me. I was the only customer and they gladly referred me to 3 other people just to not be in the cold for 1 second. It's the only O'Reilly's location I felt was actually poor and it wasn't my first visit. Other O'Reilly's are always busy and this one never seems to be.
