My birthday got ruined when I was left stranded with a dead battery and 200 miles from home, OR SO I THOUGHT!!! I had the best experience here Today! And thanks to Collin for going above and beyond! We had called in to make sure they had my battery in stock and to see if my previous battery still had warranty. Today I called into this O’Reilly’s location and I was assisted by Collin! He was very helpful and nice. He looked up the part I needed and answered all my questions and concerns, he really went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much. Good help is hard to find now days.
Unfortunately, there is a lack of customer service. Didn't even try to show where things are at. We said thank you and bye, and she said nothing and walked away.
Has a quick and easy battery replacement, Don went out of his way to make sure everything worked despite my upkeep being not the best! Definitely coming back if I need more assistance!
