If they don't have it they'll get it if you need it right now they'll send you to a store that has it
I show up with a belt with the branded size. Guy looks for the belt and comes back, scans it said they’re the same size. Except they were not. I didn’t realize till I got home. Went back for an exchange turns out they don’t have that size in the store, had to go to Ingram/410. Guy knew and wasted my time just to get a sale.
