I came in because i had a bad battery, i had just came from Auto Zone next door and they had a line out the door. Trent at Oreilly helped me as soon as i walked in, replaced my battery for me and got me in and out in less than 10 mins. Thanks brother, much appreciated it
Trent was amazing has great customer service, fast and efficient. However the assistant manager Joe was terrible, was rude and didn’t make an effort to help, had never been a store were the workers are more willing to help than management, he should learn something from his peers and treat people with respect.
This is honestly the worst store I have ever been to. I went to AutoZone and purchased all the stuff I needed to change my oil, but they did not have the oil filter wrench in stock. I go to Oreileys because it's next door to see if they have one. Not a single person there knew what kind of oil filter wrench I would need to remove it. I thought they were supposed to be knowledgeable on their products but at this store they definitely are not.
The manager Aaron and his dedicated parts specialist Patrick are top-notch..They consistently go above and beyond to assist with purchases and they both are very professional...will always buy from them...
