We went to purchase an alternator on or about April 16th. Marcus was very rude on the purchase and the core return on the 21st. A broken down car is stressful enough with out some parts guy acting like he did us a favor

Called them for a part, read exactly what mechanic needed, ended up with wrong part. Salesperson tried to say I ordered wrong part. Yet when he looked on computer, HE ordered wrong part. He never owned up to his mistake or apologize. Ended up going to Autozone for part. Never again O'Reilly.
Lousy customer service. Diagnosis never works. They use to be the store to go too. Not anymore
Specific shout out to Aaron the Manager. We had bought a battery awhile ago from here and got the extra warranty. We went right before Thanksgiving while we were under warranty and the battery was testing low but he thought maybe it was due to the corrosion on the terminals and the alternator was also testing fine. He cleaned the terminals and had us test it out after. It worked fine for a day but then the battery wasn’t working again.
