Converse, 78 street. Just had a bad experience there. The lady that works at the counter is too negative and lazy. I just asked for a tool and without even knowing what I was asking for, she started looking for excuses to not look for it in the computer. She had me looking in my cellphone for it. What's the point of her working there if the client has to do the search.
