Pésimo servicio del manager Juan, que no te quiere hablar en español, no vayan a ese O,Reilly, y más si se trata de comprar partes y ocupas devoluciones, que batallas para que te regresen el dinero, o te salen con otras cosas PÉSIMO SERVICIO 👎
Great customer service and the lines are always short, staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, I would rather recommend this place than any other auto parts store.
BAD, I went in there to ask for help for what the name was for a part that I have in picture they didn't know, until after a while I'm the one figured out, they were just going by the computer, and still they didn't have it correct
Raul provided excellent customer service and took the time to cone out and change the battery. He provided an explemary example to his team and the company
Super helpful and helped walk me through some of the process on what I had to get done on our passenger van. One of my favorite stores when it comes to parts as they always have what I need.
