This location has the worst customer service. I have dumped so much money over the years going to this store just to be treated terribly! I refuse to go to any location any longer. I'd rather pay a few extra bucks to get better service somewhere else. On my way to Napa!
Fernando was very rude on the phone and in person. Advance auto was so friendly. I will never be back. P.S. Fernando should go to a customer service class
Well let me tell you about these guys. We went in there and got a battery they installed it for us but installed it wrong so about a half an hour later my car was on fire causing like 3000.00 dollars in damages. When we went to them and told them what happen the little manager (DAN) was rude and said that it wasnt there fault and they arent responsible for the damages. So 3 days later we get a call from the district manager call us and said that they are willing to tow it to a auto repair place to see how the fire started. S... read more
